Cashback Eligibility
- The cashback is 30% of the listed price on the Shopify Theme Store (US location) at the time of purchase. For instance, if you buy our Concept theme for $400, you’ll receive $120 as cashback.
- The cashback is only applicable for theme purchases made no more than 30 days prior to submitting the form. For example, if you purchased the theme in September and submit the cashback request in November, it will not be valid.
- Cashback processing typically occurs within the first 10 days of the month following your submission. For instance, if you submit the form in September, the cashback will be processed within the first 10 days of October.
- We only provide cashback through PayPal. Please note that any PayPal transaction fees will be the responsibility of the recipient (you), not us.
- Please be aware that we reserve the right to withdraw your cashback eligibility if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected in your purchases. In the past, we’ve had cases where a client made multiple purchases using a stolen credit card, Shopify blocked their account afterwards. As such, the payment for cashback is refundable under such circumstances.
